I'm pleased to announce this Friday nite our special workout with Sensei Telitha Ellis. Make it a point to meet one of the United States top woman judokas Friday nite for a special workout. See you all Fri.

Just to let everyone know a little in advance, Chu To Bu West will be hosting a junior workout in February with special guest 97' World Team Member Telitha Ellis. It will be on a Fri. I'll have more info to follow.
